The RFUANZ Industry Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding achievements by individuals in the Radio Frequency industry.
The RFUANZ Industry Excellence Awards are a celebration of outstanding achievement and a way to acknowledge the many forms of excellence we see in our industry. All nominees and winners will be announced during the Gala Dinner, June 4th, 2025.
2025 Award Categories
All award categories are scored out of 100 points. There is only one winner per category. The winner will receive an award and $250 pressie card. Runners up will receive a Digital certificate in recognition of their nomination. Our judges score against a robust points system which can be seen below.

This award is given to a health and safety champion that leads and recognises the principals of safety when working in the industry
This award is open to all who consistently strive for excellence in business relationships and provide outstanding support to customers.
For apprentices and those undergoing training who show promise, enthusiasm and adds value to their workplace.
This award is to recognises individuals who add a positive contribution to their workplace. An employee who is reliable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
